Great value on clearance gear

I was looking for a good deal on some new gear and found their outlet section. Picked up a training t-shirt and some cricket socks at a really decent price. Saved a good amount compared to full price items elsewhere. The quality for what I paid felt excellent. Definitely worth checking their sales if you're on a budget. Shipping was standard.

Reliable gear as always

This is my third time ordering from Gray-Nicolls. I picked up some new cricket whites this time. The quality is consistently excellent, just like the bat and gloves I got before. Their sizing is always accurate for me, which saves a lot of hassle. It's why I keep coming back.

Good quality, minor shipping delay

I bought a pair of spiked cricket boots and some training shorts. The quality of both items is definitely top-notch, exactly what I expected from Gray-Nicolls. The boots fit well and feel durable. My only slight complaint was the delivery took a day longer than the estimated window. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note if you're in a rush. Overall, a good experience and I'm happy with the products.

Good quality, slow delivery

I ordered a new training t-shirt and some compression wear. The clothing quality is very good, soft fabric and seems durable. My main issue was the delivery, it took a full week to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Also, the tracking info wasn't updated very often. But for the price and product quality, I can't complain too much. Just be aware if you need something urgently.

Picked up a duffle bag

Needed a new cricket bag so I grabbed a duffle bag here. It's got plenty of space for all my stuff, which is good. Arrived in about 4 days, no dramas. It seems pretty sturdy, too. Happy with it, does what it needs to.

Awesome cricket shoes

Got the spiked cricket boots and they are fantastic! The grip is amazing and they're really comfortable for long innings. Delivery was super fast too. I'm telling all my teammates to check this place out. Will definitely be ordering more gear soon!

Great bat, decent service

I ordered an English Willow cricket bat, the one for seniors. The website was easy to navigate to find the right size and weight. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The bat itself is high quality, well-balanced, and performs as expected. I did have a question about bat oil, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience and I'd recommend them for serious cricket gear.

Returns policy seems a bit vague. If a bat isn't quite right, how easy is it to send back?

L Laura B. 3 months ago
My return for a wrong size pad was super easy. Just filled out the form online and sent it back. Got my refund pretty quick.

They have a standard return policy. As long as it's unused and within their timeframe, you should be fine. I had to return some shoes once and it was no hassle, just follow their instructions on the website.

Does anyone know if Gray-Nicolls ever has big sales? Like 4th of July or something?

B Brett H. 3 months ago
They do end of season stuff and Black Friday. I got some gloves 50% off during their clearance once.

E Elena D. 3 months ago
Yeah, they have sales for sure. Keep an eye on their 'outlet' section too, sometimes good stuff pops up there permanently marked down.

Hey, I'm looking at getting a new bat, probably a Gray-Nicolls. Are they good for someone just starting out, or more for pros?

M Mia Romero 2 months ago
Yeah, totally. They have a bunch of different ranges. Some are definitely more pro-level but they also make some great stuff for beginners that won't break the bank. Just check the lower-end series.

My first proper bat was a GN, and it was perfect. You don't need a top-tier one to get started, just find one that feels right and is in your budget. They're a solid brand, good quality across the board from what I've seen.

Are their bats good for someone just starting out in cricket? Or are they mostly for pros?

S Shane C. 2 months ago
Definitely for beginners too! They have a few ranges, some are more entry-level. My first 'proper' bat was a GN and it was great. Just gotta pick the right weight.

They make some really high-end stuff, but they also have bats that are way more forgiving for new players. Don't think you need to be a pro to use their gear.

Are Gray-Nicolls bats genuine? Seen some fake cricket gear out there, kinda makes me nervous.

E Elena 2 months ago
If you buy directly from their official site, it's 100% genuine. Don't worry about that.

Yeah, buying from the Gray-Nicolls website is always the safest bet for authenticity. Can't go wrong there.
